agreement only applies to Passport Idphoto products
and services, and does not apply to services provided to you by other third
parties. Before using Passport Idphoto products and
services, please be sure to carefully read and thoroughly understand this
agreement, especially the terms marked in bold/bold underline. You should read
it carefully, and start using it after confirming your full understanding and
agreement. Your use behavior is deemed to be a full understanding and agreement
to this agreement. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions

Part One Definition
Passport Idphoto: refers to the Passport Idphoto mobile client (including but not limited to APP,
applet, WeChat official account, etc.).
Personal
information: refers to various information recorded
electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person
alone or in combination with other information or reflect the activities of a
specific natural person.
Personal
sensitive information: Refers to personal information
including ID number, personal biometric information, bank account number,
property information, whereabouts, transaction information, and children under
14 years of age (including) personal information (we will treat specific
personal sensitive information in this agreement) Mark it in bold, underlined,

Personal
information deletion: refers to the act of clearing
personal information in the system involved in the realization of the product
service function, so as to keep it in a state that cannot be retrieved or
accessed.

to the software tool development kit.

We will only collect and use your information

delete the content in the memory card, this permission is used to save
the ID photo function;
5. Allow the application to access the
phone function of the device. This permission allows the application to
determine whether the phone number is in a call state and dial the number for
after-sales customer service;
6. Obtain information about your device,
including the device model, operating system version, and the province and city
of the user's source. Our products integrate Umeng+SDK,
Umeng+SDK needs to collect your device Mac address,
unique device identification code (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card
IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and pass Geographic
location calibration report data accuracy, providing basic anti-cheating
services;
7. Obtain your mailbox information,
which is mainly used to save electronic photos and send to the mailbox storage
method (your mailbox is only kept for 7 days, and deleted after 7 days);
8. Obtain your name, receiving address,
and mobile phone number, which are mainly used for contacting and
handling in time when you use the photo-printing mailing function and feedback
questions or make suggestions to us;
9. Obtain your face image information,
which is mainly used for judging whether you can make a qualified ID photo when
you use the functions of photo shooting, ID photo production, and ID photo
environment detection;
10. Obtain the permission to record audio,
used in the online customer service function to send the video function after
entering the manual customer service, the purpose is for you to better present
the problems you encounter, and to facilitate the handling of your after-sales
problems;
11. Get the nickname and Uid of the third-party account you logged in. This
permission is used for services that need to be logged in through the App
platform account. We may verify your identity based on the relevant information
you provide to ensure that we are in Provide services to you. Scenarios that
need to confirm your identity include using the recharge function, coupon
function, and group photo collection function. If you want to cancel the login
authorization, you can log out in the APP;
12. Obtain the IP information related to
your order, the openid of WeChat Pay, and the

and functions, our application will embed the SDK of authorized partners or

agreement to use our products or services, in order to protect your personal
privacy, LEQI TECHNOLOGY adopts the following methods to protect and manage
your personal information:
1. We have adopted reasonable and
feasible security protection measures that comply with industry standards to
protect your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, public
disclosure, use, and modification of personal information. We will use
encryption technology to improve the security of personal information; we will
use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on personal
information; we will deploy access control mechanisms to try our best to ensure
that only authorized personnel can access personal information.
2. The establishment of a
professional security team will strengthen the security of your personal
information (including information obtained directly and indirectly) (including
sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information,
regular erasure, etc.), and for indirectly obtained individuals Information, we
will confirm the legality of its source.
3. We have adopted a short retention
period for your personal information. The electronic ID photo you made will be
kept in the App for you to download within 7 days from the date of your
successful payment (you can also actively choose to delete during this period),

4. LEQI TECHNOLOGY shall not

party without the user's authorization, except for reasons such as government
requirements and legal agreements. In the process of users sending information
and after the company receives the information, the company will abide by the
industry common standards to protect users' private information.
5. When our products or services
cease to operate, we will notify you in the form of push notifications,
announcements, etc., and delete your personal information within a reasonable
period of time or perform anonymization.
In order to serve you better,
you must use Passport IdphotoApp services legally,
not for illegal purposes, and consciously maintain the reputation of Passport IdphotoApp. Due to the special nature of the electronic ID
photo product, please carefully confirm the preview effect of the photo. After
the payment is successful, refunds are not supported. If the personal
information provided by the user is false or inaccurate, any loss of any nature
caused to the user shall be borne by the user.
In the following cases, the
software will disclose your personal information in accordance with your wishes
or the provisions of the law, and the problems arising from this will be borne
by you personally:
1. Obtain your authorization in
advance;
2. Only by providing your personal
information can the products and services you request be provided;
3. According to relevant laws and
regulations;
4. In accordance with the requirements
of relevant government authorities;
5. To maintain the legal rights and
interests of the software;
6. You agree to let a third party share information;
7. We found that you have violated the
user agreement or use regulations of this software;
8. We need to provide information to
companies that provide products or services on our behalf (unless we notify you
otherwise, these companies have no right to use your identification
information).
Our services and technology
will be continuously updated and optimized according to the needs of you and
other users. When new services and business processes change, we will update
our privacy agreement in time to inform you of specific changes. Please rest
assured that without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights in

will respond to your request within 15 working days:
